a future training class, or changed to substitute another attendee by calling the Sage Customer
Service Department up to one business day prior to the start of the class. See training contacts
and info for telephone numbers. Customer Service will require a written confirmation for all

Anytime Learning Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted in writing for Anytime Learning classes only in the event of a
technology failure. If you have registered for an Anytime Learning class and later find that your
network or systems are unable to utilize the technology we use to deliver our courseware or materials,
Sage Software will issue a full refund upon your written request. Access to the course and courseware
material will be logged and refund requests may be denied if the access logs indicate either item
was accessed from your registered account.
Web Based Training Technology Failure Policy
For our classes to be delivered seamlessly to your desktop, please take a minute now to test the PC
that will be used to attend the live session. This process will ensure a satisfying Web seminar
experience. To avoid any disappointment, please do not wait until the date of your class. To
test your browser and connectivity from the PC you will use for the class, visit Sage Software
WebEx and click on the "New User?" link and follow the instructions to download the programs required to join the training session. If you do not see the "New User?" Link, you may have already installed the required programs.
For a complete list of requirements or help getting your PC set up for the training session, please
visit: WebEx Customer Care or contact the WebEx Customer Care Team at 866-229-3239.
If you have registered and later find that your network or system is unable to utilize the
technology we use to deliver our courseware materials, Sage will issue a full refund upon your
written request.
In the event of a Sage technology failure during the Web-Based Training Class, Sage may reschedule
the class. In the event the class, at Sage's sole discretion, cannot be rescheduled, a prorated
refund based on the portion of the class that we not delivered will be issued to registered
attendees upon written request.
Anytime Learning Technology Failure Policy
In the event Sage Software's Anytime Learning program experiences a technology failure, Best Software
may extend the expiration date of your subscription to accommodate the failure period. In the
event the technology failure cannot be resolved, a refund, prorated based on the portion of the
class that was not delivered, may be issued to registered participants upon written request.
